Hi, I’m KB — and I’m really glad you’re here.
I’m a couples + family photographer based in Birmingham, Alabama, and I specialize in capturing love in all the ways it shows up: the loud, the quiet, the chaotic, the tender. I photograph couples, families, kids, engagements, elopements, and small weddings.

I’m part of the LGBTQ+ community, and my work is rooted in creating a space where people feel seen, celebrated, and completely themselves. Everyone is welcome here — as long as you’re kind and cool with me.

A more Intentional Way of Storytelling


Over the last year my photography shifted in a really intentional way.

I realized my heart isn’t in full-day, traditional weddings anymore. I do my best work in intimate settings — elopements, micro weddings, small backyard ceremonies, places where people get to be present with each other instead of performing for a crowd. Those are the moments I live for, and the ones I capture best.



I’m currently based in Birmingham Alabama, but I’m always down for an adventure. Whether it’s your backyard, downtown Birmingham, the mountains, the lake, or across the country — if the moment matters to you, I’m there.
